Come and join Church Road co-owner and Michelin starred chef Phil Howard for a special fish cookery masterclass. Phil and Church Road’s head chef, Sam Astley-Dean, will be teaching you how to choose the freshest fish from your local shop or market and prepare it with expertise. We’ll talk through the different options for cooking fish and we’ll also be creating some impressive and easy fish dishes for you to cook at home.
The two hour class will be followed by a lunch where we’ll eat the dishes we’ve created accompanied by a glass of wine.
