Our private dining room is a stunning space. It is grand, yet intimate and wonderfully atmospheric on candlelit evenings. It seats up to twenty people and is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
Just talk to us about your requirements from canapés to drinks to the meal itself and we’ll help you put together a fantastic event.
The room also works brilliantly as a boardroom or meeting room. It’s a great space for workplace get togethers and training sessions.

restaurant hire
If your event needs to accommodate more than 20 people then you can opt to hire all or a section of the restaurant. We will work with you to come with a menu (anything from canapés to a special meal) that works with your budget, and of course your guests will benefit from Church Road’s exceptional levels of service and hospitality.
The restaurant space has been hired out for wedding receptions and parties too. In fact one street in Barnes hires out Church Road each year for a neighbourly Christmas celebration.

COSTS
There is no hire fee for either the private dining room or the restaurant when you are eating with us. However we do have a minimum spend requirement and ask for a deposit. For the PDR the deposit is £200 and the minimum spend is £500 for lunch and £750 for dinner. The minimum spend for the restaurant varies depending on the day you wish to hire it – for example Saturday night is more expensive than Thursday night. The deposit for the whole venue is 50% of the minimum spend.
